Regular checks show if you need extra support
If the checks show you’re a little low, you get extra support and advice.
The weekly sessions have three rooms
Here we keep you updated on the child’s development and show you how to connect from an early stage in the pregnancy.
In this room we give you advice and techniques from couple’s therapy to maintain and strengthen the relationship.
If there is no involved partner you get the Social Room instead.
The focus here is on helping you stay physically and mentally healthy, cope with the changes in your body, avoid worries and stress, and relax.
And to give you extra support and advice when you need it.
Each session lasts 15-20 minutes. You can take them where and when you like. You don’t have to talk anyone. Everything is pre-programmed to the week you are in.
In each room you meet a guide
The guides are a bit like the guides at an art exhibition. They haven’t painted the pictures but they know quite a lot about them.
