Mamma Mia is a digital service from Changetech in Oslo, Norway.

Changetech has developed evidence based digital programmes for improvement of health and behaviour since 2006.

With a scientific platform based on broad international research in psychology and behaviour change we have developed over 20 programmes for lifestyle change, living better with a chronic disease and family oriented programmes like Mamma Mia.

Our programmes are distributed in several countries in the EU and in the US.
